    • • Assisted Dr. Justice B.S. Chauhan, Chairman, Law Commission of India in reporting and drafting policy related reports and Law reform projects. Researched on various projects relating to Election Commission, Uniform Civil Code and Election system in other country.
    • • Securitised responses from all over India on Uniform Civil Code, drafted amendment provisions on sedition law and many other legal issues. Researched on Law relating to Child rights of different counties.

  • BRITANNIA INDUSTRIES PVT. LTD., BANGALORE [1 MONTH]
    • • Research work on some of GST provisions and Legal Metrology Act. Reviewed files, listing, updating of cases and preparing case briefs.
    • • Editing and Drafting of Agreements (national and international) and Scrutiny of Trademark Cases. Research works on Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in relation to unfair trade practice and the liability of the company.

  • ADVOCATE VIVEK MANISHI SHUKLA, LUCKNOW HIGH COURT [1 MONTH]
    • • Researched in offences like attempt to murder, murder and kidnapping. Got acquainted with the facts of case and attended proceedings of the High Court of on a regular basis.
    • • Researched in the areas of Criminal law, Constitutional Law, Service Laws and assisted in drafting of cases. Prepared Briefs of the case supporting them with the relevant case Laws and Judgment.

  • PEOPLE’S UNION FOR CIVIL LIBERTIES, NEW DELHI [1 MONTH]
    • • Worked on Human Rights and Civil Liberties and how to promote Civil Liberties and Human Rights in India. Collected empirical data from respondents about their life affected with the change in the government.
    • • Attended conference on different aspects of Free Speech and in relation to political and fundamental rights at Gandhi peace foundation. Submitted a research paper on ‘Right to Education: Human Rights of Every Individual’.

  • MLA, SHASHANK YADAV, UTTAR PRADESH [1 MONTH]
    • • Worked on projects related Public grievance like school construction and hospital building. Assisted the office with the research works happening in the Constituency.
    • • Solving the legal issues and balancing the political and legal conflicts according to The Indian Constitution.

  • ADVOCATE AJAY KUMAR SHUKLA, DISTRICT COURT [1 MONTH]
    • • Researched and drafted a brief note on disqualification of member of Parliament/Legislature on the grounds of defection with reference to Schedule X of Constitution of India.
    • • Assisted in project work throughout the internship, the elaborative research in criminal and civil law like the maintainability of the Public Interest Litigation and also with some mediation case.
